Capellini al Caviar


Who doesn’t love a good pasta? If you like it combined with seafood than try out the following and surprise everyone, including your taste buds. You will need:

  • 16oz dry Capellini pasta
  • 1.5 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 8oz melted butter
  • Lemon juice of two whole lemons
  • 2oz of black caviar
  • 1/4 cup cilantro very finely chopped

First boil the thin and smooth Italian Capellini pasta in a large pot of salted water until al dente. Drain it and rinse it.

Now return the pasta to the pot and add the butter. Pour the lemon juice, the bitterness will add a sharp note to the buttery flavors. Mix it and divide into 2 plates. Add a dollop of black caviar to the center of each.

The freshness and the saltiness of the black caviar is really something precious. You immediately know it comes from the vast sea. Black and glossy its sits proudly on the golden toned pasta.

Lightly garnish each plate with cilantro, serve and enjoy.
