Caesar Salad With A Salmon Twist

Take this traditional dish to a whole new level by adding red salmon caviar, a step that turns Cesar Salad from a side plate to a star of the table. You will need:

  • 2 heads of iceberg lettuce
  • 2 cups of plain toasted croutons
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 8 tablespoons classic Caesar dressing
  • 4 large slices of smoked salmon each cut into 4 small pieces
  • 4 oz red salmon caviar

First, prepare the basis of the salad and cut the lettuce into medium sized pieces.

Get ready the croutons, grate a little bit of Parmesan cheese on them while they are still frying. Now mix all that with your classic Caesar dressing and add the rest of the Parmesan.

Add that beautiful smoked salmon. Be gentle and do not toss. Finally, introduce the salmon caviar, put it on the top, scattered around the dish. The caviar paired with the fish creates something truly remarkable.

You have all three colors combined, green, red and yellow, this is your perfect balanced meal, ready to be served at any occasion. Enjoy!
