White Sturgeon

The white sturgeon comes from North America. It is indigenous to the Pacific coast and was the main food choice for the First Nations people in the 1800s. Persians where the first to study its medical effects, the Chinese started to preserve it with salt and the Japanese have always known that caviar makes you smarter.
