Rougie Mousse of Duck Foie Gras

Our recipe of «Royal» mousse contains 50% foie gras, no pork.
It is packed in a tube can for easy slicing and preparation of canapés.

Ingredients: Duck foie gras, duck fat, water, whole liquid eggs, Armagnac Brandy (Armagnac brandy, salt, pepper), Port wine (Tawny Port wine, salt, pepper, sulfites), salt, sugar, white pepper, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite.
Storage: Refrigerated in its original sealed packaging: 12 months.
