Originating from the original American Paddlefish freshwater sturgeon, Paddlefish caviar resembles Osetra and Sevruga caviars in appearance and in taste. Keeping with authentic Russian traditions, our caviar is cured only with the finest pure sea salt.

Bond Paddlefish is the finest quality caviar available. Our industry-leading quality standards for Aquaculture means all of our caviar is sustainably farm-raised in conditions identical to the ones found in the wild, where they are imported from.
